01Orders & Estimates

KTEEZY Labs offers standard shirt packages with instant checkout — white cotton ($28 / shirt, or $20 if you provide the garment), colored tees ($30 / shirt), and the Bulk 20-Pack ($399 for 20 shirts). Custom and larger orders are handled by quote; requesting an estimate is optional and non-binding.

An order is confirmed when payment is received or, for estimates, when an approved quote and payment link have been issued.

02Pricing

Listed prices are per shirt and exclude tax and shipping. Standard packages are capped at 100 shirts per day; larger runs require a custom / bulk quote. Back prints, additional locations, and design services may add fees as quoted.

03Payment & Production

• Production begins only after the estimate, proof/layout, and payment are approved.

04Final Sale

Custom printed items are a final sale once production begins. Refunds apply only when KTEEZY confirms a production error.

05Customer-Provided Garments

When you supply your own garment for printing, the following applies:

• Printed at customer risk.
• KTEEZY is not responsible for hidden damage, defects, staining, discoloration, shrinkage, heat sensitivity, inconsistent fabric, or replacement of the garment.

06Artwork Quality

Your artwork prints as submitted. Please review the following before approving your proof:

• Artwork prints as submitted.
• Low-resolution, AI-generated, screenshot, or non-vector files may reproduce with inaccurate colors, rough edges, distortion, or lost detail.
• Exact color matching is not guaranteed.

07Proof Approval

You are responsible for reviewing your proof carefully. The customer must verify the following before approval:

• Spelling, names, dates, placement, sizing, colors, quantities, and sizes.

08Turnaround

• Due dates are estimates until artwork, inventory, approval, and payment are complete.
• Same-day service depends on capacity and availability.

09Shipping

For orders marked “Ship to me,” KTEEZY arranges shipment using the carrier and address you provide. The following limitations apply:

• KTEEZY is not responsible for carrier delays.
• KTEEZY is not responsible for incorrect customer addresses.
• KTEEZY is not responsible for packages marked delivered.

10Care Instructions

To keep your prints looking their best, follow these care guidelines:

• Wash inside out in cold water.
• Use mild detergent — no bleach or fabric softener.
• Dry on low or hang dry.
• Never iron directly over the decoration.

11Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own or have the right to use it and grant KTEEZY a limited license to reproduce it solely to fulfill your order. KTEEZY may display completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KTEEZY's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Policies at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that order.
