When you place an order or request an estimate, KTEEZY Labs collects the details needed to produce and deliver your custom apparel.

• Contact details: full name, email, and phone number.
• Order details: garment type, color, quantity, sizes, print locations, and needed-by date.
• Shipping address when your order is shipped.
• Artwork files you upload for printing.
• Payment confirmation and transaction status (card data is handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers).

We use your information to operate our business and serve you:

• Process orders and estimates and coordinate production.
• Send proofs, payment links, and updates about your project.
• Arrange pickup or shipping and confirm delivery.
• Respond to your questions and support requests.
• With your permission, feature completed work in our gallery or social media.

03Orders & Payments

Your contact and address details are used solely to fulfill your order. Card payments are processed by Stripe under its own security standards; KTEEZY receives confirmation and transaction status but never your full card data.

04Information Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us fulfill orders — such as Stripe for payments, email delivery for proofs and notifications, and carriers for shipping — and only as needed to complete your order. We never sell your personal information.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
