Terms of Service

Welcome to KTEEZY LLC. We provide premium custom apparel solutions designed for efficiency, quality, and scale. By accessing our website, submitting artwork, or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Custom Production

All orders with KTEEZY LLC are custom-made. Production begins only after final artwork approval and full payment have been received. Once production has started, orders may not be changed, canceled, or refunded.

2. Artwork Review & Approval

Clients receive a digital proof prior to production. It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review all aspects of the proof, including spelling, colors, placement, sizing, and garment selection.

Approval confirms acceptance of the design exactly as presented. KTEEZY LLC is not responsible for errors present in approved artwork.

3. Revisions

Each project includes a limited number of reasonable revisions prior to final approval. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur additional fees at the discretion of KTEEZY LLC.

4. Pricing & Payment

Payment in full is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Pricing reflects current production and material costs and may change for future orders.

5. Production & Shipping Timelines

Production and delivery timelines are provided as estimates. While KTEEZY LLC strives to meet all stated timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, material availability, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of printed apparel, all sales are final.

In the rare event of a production error caused by KTEEZY LLC, clients must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic documentation. Verified issues will be reviewed promptly and resolved at our discretion.

7. Customer-Provided Garments

Printing on customer-supplied garments is performed at the customer’s risk. KTEEZY LLC is not responsible for defects, damage, or inconsistencies in garments not supplied by us.

8. Color Variations

Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings, printing processes, and fabric differences. These variations are considered normal and do not constitute defects.

9. Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, the client confirms they own or have permission to use all submitted designs. KTEEZY LLC assumes no responsibility for copyright or trademark violations.

10. Limitation of Liability

KTEEZY LLC’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Updates to Terms

KTEEZY LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
